Program description

Levis, Grosdidier & Associates, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides SMS and RCS messaging for service-related, person-to-person communication.

This messaging program allows our employees to use Microsoft Teams to send and receive conversational text messages with individuals who contact us.

This program is not used for marketing or promotional messages.

Message types

  • Responses to inbound questions
  • Client or prospect service conversations
  • Appointment coordination and reminders
  • Administrative or account-related notifications

Message frequency varies based on interaction.
Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-in

You may opt in to receive service-related SMS/RCS messages by providing your mobile number directly to us and consenting to receive text messages, including through our messaging preferences page.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing services.

Opt-out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. You will no longer receive messages unless you opt in again.
