Mr. Levis specializes in Business Valuations, Damage Quantification and Forensic Accounting. He is an experienced business appraiser having valued hundreds of businesses in many industries for a variety of purposes, including prospective and closed acquisition and disposition transactions, marital dissolutions, ownership buy-sell agreements, estate, gift and income taxes and employee stock ownership plans.

Mr. Levis is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and has achieved designations as an Accredited Senior Appraiser, Accredited in Business Valuation and as a Certified Fraud Examiner that are recognized by the judicial system and are important considerations when qualifying as an expert witness. He has testified in numerous judicial jurisdictions regarding business and intangible asset values, economic damages and forensic accounting matters.

Mr. Levis served in a variety of key roles with several large, national and international firms as Vice President of Corporate Development including Blockbuster Entertainment, Viacom, Extended Stay America, NationsRent and PrintSource USA. Mr. Levis’ involvement was instrumental in the growth of these companies through acquisition and consolidation of various industries.

Mr. Grosdidier is experienced in performing business valuations and forensic accounting in the areas of family law, economic damages, investigative accounting, fraud examinations, estate planning and shareholder disputes. He primarily focuses on family law services including business valuations for small to medium size companies, cash flow analyses, hidden and separate property tracing, dissipation analyses, marital assets and debt allocation and tax planning related to property division and assisting in other complex financial and high-end divorce matters.

He was previously a manager at an international public accounting firm where he coordinated and supervised all stages of external audits for several industries in the mid-size company market, specializing in manufacturing, wholesale, construction, and employee benefit plan industries.
