This SMS/RCS Privacy Policy explains how Levis, Grosdidier & Associates, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with service-related text messaging.

Our SMS program is used for person-to-person conversational messaging between our employees and individuals who contact us. We do not use this program for marketing or promotional messaging.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
